Which fish are ready to bite? Uncertain times are ahead, but have you got all you need to make the informed decisions about your business.
I have been working with a business recently that has had a downturn because of Covid19. As things begin to open up again there is a road to recovery, and they have also been looking at new markets and different ways of operating.
Helping them look at what the future holds, producing some scenario plans basing the recovery on a good, bad and a middle way has allowed them to look at their options.
They can see what need to do in each scenario and so help the business get through this crisis and build for the future.
The business didn’t have the resource to be able to pull the plans together themselves, but with my help they have now got some clarity and can make more informed decisions about what to do.
How big is the pond now, how many fish are in there, who else is fishing in this pond, what bait should I use so I get the ones I want to bite?
Bringing someone from outside the business (even if it is for the short term) gives you a fresh pair of eyes to help you look at what the future might hold. This will be invaluable.
